التزام الطبيب بسلامـة المريـض

Abstract

يلجأ المريض إلى الطبيب بقصد الحصول على خدماته المتعلقة بالوقاية أو العلاج من الأمراض أي الحفاظ على سلامته الجسدية والعقلية، ولأجل أداء مهمته يستعين الطبيب بمختلف الوسائل المادية من مرافق للاستقبال والكشف والإستشفاء في بعض الحالات، وأجهزة وأدوات ومواد طبية للمعاينة والفحص، أي يستعين بالمنتجات والخدمات الطبية. لكل إنسان الحق في المحافظة على سلامة جسده، وعلى الطبيب واجب مساعدته على ذلك، فالمريض يسلم نفسه تماما إلى طبيبه المعالج أملا في الشفاء والتخلص من الآلام، وعلى الطبيب أن يبذل ما في وسعه بغية شفاء المريض، ويكون إلتزامه ببذل عناية لا بتحقيق نتيجة. the patient is referred to the doctor for the purpose of obtaining his services related to the prevention or treatment of diseases, that is maintaining his physical and mental integrity.
