دور الإرشـاد الزراعي فـي تحقيـق التنميـة الاقتصـاديـة فـي الجـزائـر

Abstract

يعتبر الإرشاد الزراعي من الآليات البارزة التي يمكن للجزائر الاعتماد عليها في دفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية، فهو يساهم في توجيه الفلاح بكيفية زيادة الإنتاجية الزراعية عن طريق تزويد المزارعين بتقنيات الحرث والبذر واستخدام التكنولوجيا الزراعية والوسائل الفلاحية الحديثة والأسمدة والمبيدات، الأمر الذي يرفع من وتيرة النمو الفلاحي، وهو ما يساهم في تنويع الاقتصاد الوطني الجزائري بدل الاعتماد على الريع النفطي، وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي والانتقال من سياسية الاستيراد إلى التصدير والرفع من الدخل القومي الذي من شأنه أن يحسن الإطار المعيشي للمواطن بما ينعكس بصورة ايجابية على وضعية الاستقرار السياسي وعلاقة الدولة بالمجتمع، من خلال الدفع بالفعل التنموي.The agricultural extension is one of the outstanding mechanisms that Algeria can rely on to promote economic development. It helps in guiding farmers to increase agricultural productivity by providing farmers with techniques of tillage, sowing, using agricultural technology, modern agricultural means, fertilizers and pesticides, Which contributes to the diversification of the Algerian national economy instead of relying on oil rents, achieving food security and moving from the policy of import to export and raising the national income, which would improve the living standard of the citizen, Q, in a positive light on the status of political stability and the relationship of the state to society, by pushing the development process.
