ملخص : تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية دور المنهج التجريبي في تطوير علم الإدارة, وذلك انطلاقا من دراسة حالة تجارب هاوثرن بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية للمفكر جورج إلتون مايو George Elton Mayoحيث حاول هذا الباحث أن يطور اتجاه العلاقات الإنسانية الذي بدأته الباحثة ماري باركر فوليت Mary Parker Follet ،وسنحاول من خلال هذا المقال تقصي خصوصيات المنهج التجريبي وكيف تم توظيفه من قبل مايو في دراسات هاوثرن . Abstract : This research paper deals with the role of the experimental method in developing the science of administration , based on a case study of the Hawthorne experiments in the united states of America by thinker George Elton Mayo. This researcher attempted to develop the human relations trend initiated by the researcher Mary Parker Follett. And we will try through this article to investigate the peculiarities of the experimental method and how it was employed by Mayo in the Hawthorne studies.
