Abstract

تعتبر القيادة الابتكارية من أكثر المجالات الإدارية حداثة وإهتماما لبناء وتنمية قدرات الأفراد ومعارفهم، حيث تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية القيادة الابتكارية في دعم الميزة التنافسية بالمنظمة، وهنا تظهر أهمية القيادة في تطوير ثقافة الابتكار من خلال دور القائد المبتكر في توليد أفكار إبداعية واتخاذ القرارات وترجمتها إلى خطط وبرامج عمل لضمان تعلم الأفراد والمنظمة وتحسين أدائها، وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، ومن خلال توجيه الاستبيان لعينة من إطارات مؤسسة TIRSAM، وباستخدام برنامج SPSS، توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة وأثر الإيجابي للقيادة الابتكارية بالميزة التنافسية بمؤسسة تيرصام، وهنا تظهر أهمية تبني القيادة الابتكارية في بناء السلوك والتفكير الايجابي من أجل دعم الابتكار والميزة التنافسية.
