Abstract

اصبحت نزاهة الانتخابات مؤشر تقاس بها مدى ديمقراطية الدولة، لذلك تبنت الجزائر في إطار الإصلاحات الدستورية التي باشرتها سنة 2020 جملة من الآليات الجديدة لتفعيل وتكريس نزاهة وشفافية الانتخابات، حيث استحدث المؤسس الدستوري سلطة دائمة وهي السلطة المستقلة للانتخابات وأحدث تغييرا في تشكيلتها ومهامها عبر مختلف مراحل العملية الانتخابية. The integrity of the elections has become an indicator by which to measure the extent of the state’s democracy. Therefore, in the framework of the constitutional reforms that it embarked on in 2020, Algeria adopted a number of new mechanisms to activate and reinforce the integrity and transparency of the elections.
