واقع سلوك الشباب نحو العمل الفلاحي والبطالة في الجزائر دراسة ميدانية في بلدية أولاد عوف – باتنة

Abstract

تناولت هذه الورقة العلمية تحليل ودراسة واقع سلوك الشباب نحو العمل الفلاحي والبطالة في الجزائر وذلك عن طريق دراسة ميدانية لعينة من الشباب في بلدية أولاد عوف – باتنة. ، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع التنمية الفلاحية وإمكانية تفعيلها في الميدان و كذا الإحاطة بالمفاهيم المتعلقة بالتنمية الفلاحية في الأدبيات النظرية . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج المهمة جدا منها: أن متطلبات وعوامل نجاح التنمية الفلاحية غير متوفرة في البلدية محل الدراسة سواء في الجانب الإداري أو الجانب الميداني أو الجانب البشري المتعلق بالشباب، وكذلك توصلت الدراسة بان ضعف الوعي لدى يعد عاملا حاسما في عرقلة بناء التنمية الفلاحية في البلدية محل الدراسة This scientific paper analyzed and studied the reality of youth behavior towards agricultural work and unemployment in Algeria, through a field study of a sample of young people in the municipality of Ouled Awf - Batna. This study aims to diagnose the reality of agricultural development and the possibility of activating it in the field, as well as briefing the concepts related to agricultural development in the theoretical literature. The study reached a set of very important results, including: that the requirements and factors for successful agricultural development are not available in the municipality under study, whether on the administrative side, the field side or the human side related to youth, and the study also found that the weak awareness of me is a decisive factor in impeding the building of development Agricultural in the municipality under study.
