Abstract

تحتل البنى التحتية موقعا هاما في مفهوم المرافق العمومية وتنسحب عليها معظم المبادئ الضابطة لها، إلا أنه مع استحداث طرق للتسيير تتجلى خصوصية تسيير هذه البنى لاسيما منها ذات الطابع التجاري، تبرز هذه الدراسة جوانب من تلك الخصوصية التي تبينها النصوص التشريعية والتنظيمية المعتمدة حديثا لمواجهة وضع اقتصادي قائم.Infrastructures management Infrastructures occupy vert important place un the concept of public utilities ,in addition these matters are the most principales which adhere to them,but with the projection of innovation ways of gestion for this type of facility that is characterized by the specifity or the operation of these structures,especially,like of this commercial characterestic ,also this study might highlight many aspects of this specifity ,as much as reflected in recent législative laws and regularity that Can face an existing economic situation.
