التمويل الإسلامي في أوروبا

Abstract

تقدّم هذه الورقة البحثية التمويل الإسلامي في الدول الأوروبية، وذلك بعرض مفهومه وشروطه وأدواته، في الشريعة الإسلامية. ثمّ بيان دوافع الدول الأوروبية للاهتمام به، ثمّ التطرق إلى التحديّات التي يواجهها، ثمّ آفاقه المستقبلية، ثمّ عرض بعض التجارب الأوروبية في مجال التمويل المالي بالصيغة الإسلامية. وفي الأخير، تمّ وضع خاتمة تضمّنت أهم نتائج البحث ومجموعة من التوصيات من شأنها أن تخدم أهداف موضوع الملتقى. This research paper presents Islamic finance in European countries, by presenting its concept, conditions and tools, in Islamic law. Then a statement of the European countries' motives for paying attention to it, then addressing the challenges it faces, then its future prospects, then presenting some European experiences in the field of Islamic finance. Finally, a conclusion was drawn up that included the most important results of the research and a set of recommendations that would serve the objectives of the forum topic.
