واقع الاستثمار الزكوي في الجزائر

Abstract

نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر توظيف أموال صندوق الزكاة في تفعيل الاستثمار الزكوي، في وقت اكتسبت فيه هيئات ومؤسسات الزكاة أهمية بالغة، وأصبحت تمثل أداة و وسيلة فعالة لتحقيق التنمية في اقتصاديات دول العالم الإسلامي .والجزائر كغيرها من الدول الإسلامية تسعى جاهدا إلى بعث صندوق الزكاة وتفعيل دوره في كافة مجالات التنمية الاقتصادية والتكافل الاجتماعي ومحاربة مظاهر الفقر، من خلال العمل على تبادل الخبرات والاستفادة من تجارب الدول الإسلامية الرائدة في هذا المجال. This study aims to highlight the impact of using the Zakat Funds in activating Zakat investment, at the time where Zakat bodies and institutions have gained a paramount importance and have become a tool and an effective means of achieving development in the Islamic world economies. Algeria as one of the Islamic countries is trying hard to revive the Zakat Fund and activate its role in all areas of economic development, social cohesion and combating various types of poverty, through the exchange of knowledge and learning from the experiences of leading Islamic States in this field .
