فعاليات المجتمع المدني ودورها في تطوير أداء المجالس المحلية المنتخبة في الجزائر

Abstract

إن إشراك فواعل المجتمع المدني في اتخاذ وصياغة القرارات السياسية التي تمس انشغالاته، على مستوى المجالس المحلية المنتخبة يعد السبيل الأنجع في تسيير الشأن المحلي للوصول الى حوكمة محلية رشيدة، وذلك من اقتراحات ومشاورات ومتابعة تنفيذ أعمالها، بما يكفل سياسات عمومية محلية تتسم بالشفافية والوضوح والمساءلة. وعليه يمكن أن نتساءل عن كيفية مساهمة فعاليات المجتمع المدني المحلي في تطوير أداء المجالس المحلية المنتخبة من أجل بلورة سياسات عمومية lرشيدة؟ . Engaging active civil members in taking and formulating political decisions that affect its preoccupations at the level of the elected local councils is considered the best way in managing the local affairs to achieve a successful local government. This is done through suggestions, consultations and following up their applications to ensure public policies characteristised by transparency, clear and can be discussed. Thus we should ask what ways can be applied to contribute the elected local civil society to form successful public policies? .
