النوازل في الغذاء المصنع الجيلاتين أنموذجا

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث إحدى نوازل هذا العصر في مجال الأغذية المصنعة، وهي مادة الجيلاتين التي أصبحت عنصرا أساسيا في تركيب العديد من الأغذية والأدوية. وتكمن أهمية الموضوع في كونه يتكلم عن مصادر هذه المادة واستخداماتها، باعتبارها لا تصنع في البلاد الإسلامية إلا نادرا، وبالتالي فإنه لا يُراعى في تصنيعها شروط الغذاء الإسلامي، ومع ذلك فإنها تُستورد بكميات هائلة في شكل أغذية أو أدوية، وحتى في شكل مادة خام. فهو يهدف إلى ضرورة اتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة وحاسمة، في سبيل توفير هذه المادة من مصادرها المشروعة والاعتماد على تصنيعها في البلاد الإسلامية، والاكتفاء بالمصادر الحلال. وخلص البحث بجملة من التوصيات تلخصت في الحث على الاستغناء عن الغير في مجال الغذاء والدواء، والتورع والتعفف عن كل ما هو حرام، والدعوة إلى الاعتماد على النفس واعتبار غذاء المسلم عبادة لأنه يدخل في إعداد الروح قبل إعداد الجسد وتقويته. وبهذا أحسب أن هذه المحاولة جديدة في طرحها، تصب في مجال النوازل التي تعتري الأغذية المصنعة، وأن البلدان الإسلامية يجب عليها نبذ التبعية والكسل، والحرص أكثر على احترام تعاليم دينها وحفظ ماء وجهها في سبيل النهوض باقتصادها.

This research addresses one of the contemporary challenges in the field of processed foods, which is the substance of gelatin that has become an essential element in the composition of numerous foods and medicines. The significance of the topic lies in discussing the sources and uses of this substance, as it is rarely produced in Islamic countries. Consequently, its production doesn't adhere to Islamic dietary requirements. Nonetheless, it is imported in massive quantities in the form of foods, medicines, and even raw material. The research aims to emphasize the necessity of urgent and decisive actions to ensure the availability of this substance from legitimate sources and to depend on its production in Islamic countries, while relying on halal sources. The study concludes with a set of recommendations that urge abstaining from the non-permissible in the fields of food and medicine, exercising self-restraint and moderation concerning what is forbidden, and calling for self-reliance. It also considers Muslim food as an act of worship, as it nourishes the soul before the body and strengthens it. In this regard, I consider this attempt to be novel in its presentation, contributing to the domain of challenges facing processed foods. Islamic countries should forsake subordination and complacency, and focus more on respecting their religious teachings and safeguarding their reputation in order to enhance their economies.
