صناعة السياحة العالمية في ظل جائحة فيروس كورونا-مع الإشارة إلى حالة الجزائر

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان تداعيات جائحة فيروس كورونا على صناعة السياحة العالمية، مع الإشارة إلى الآثار المتوقعة للجائحة على صناعة السياحة الجزائرية بالإستناد إلى بعض الإحصائيات المتاحة من مختلف منظمات وهيئات السفر والسياحة العالمية. تبين من خلال البحث تراجع صناعة السياحة العالمية بشكل حاد جراء حظر السفر وإغلاق المطارات وإلغاء الرحلات، الأمر الذي تسبب في خسائر تقدر بحوالي 860 مليار دولار أمريكي إلى 1,2 ترليون دولار أمريكي في عائدات السياحة العالمية وخسارة 100,8 مليون وظيفة في صناعة السياحة العالمية. أما على المستوى المحلي فقد أدى إغلاق الحدود والقيود المفروضة على السفر لاحتواء الجائحة إلى شلل تام في صناعة السياحة الجزائرية مما تسبب في خسائر مالية كبيرة. This research aims to determine the repercussions of the Coronavirus pandemic on the global tourism industry, concerning the expected effects of the pandemic on the Algerian tourism industry, based on some statistics available from various global tourism travel organizations and bodies. The research revealed that the global tourism industry fell sharply due to the travel ban, airport closures and cancellation of flights, which caused losses of about $ 860 billion to $ 1.2 trillion in global tourism revenue and a loss of 100.8 million jobs in the global tourism industry. On the local level, border closures, travel restrictions, and closures to contain the pandemic have led to complete paralysis in the Algerian tourism industry, causing significant financial losses.
