نظـم المعلومات وشبكات الاتصال فـي مديريات الشباب والرياضة بولاية قسنطينة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع نظم المعلومات وشبكات الاتصال في مديرية الشباب الرياضة لولاية قسنطينة وتقييم مواردها وتحليلها، بغرض الكشف عن الصعوبات التي تواجه تلك النظم، وتحد من كفاءتها وفاعلية استخدامها في توفير المعلومات الملائمة بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب، وتقديم بعض المقترحات التي يمكن أن تساهم في تحسين كفاءة نظم المعلومات، بما يمكنها من القيام بدورها في دعم فاعلية القرارات المتخذة على مستو ى مديرية الشباب والرياضة . وقد لجا الباحثان إلى المصادر والمراجع المختلفة للإلمام بكل النواحي النظرية للموضوع وأدبياته . كما اتبع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للإجابة على مشكلة الدراسة.، معتمدا على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة المتكونة من 36 موظف بمديرية الشباب والرياضة . لتنتهي الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - رغم توفر أجهزة الحواسيب بالمديرية إلا أنها غير كافية لإقامة نظام جيد للمعلومات لأن موارد البيانات والبرمجيات والشبكات والأفراد والإجراءات غير متوفرة بالمديرية . - النظام الحالي لا يقدم معلومات بالجودة الكافية . - وعي الموظفين بان نوعية المعلومات المتوفرة تؤثر على فعالية القرارات المتخذة بالمديرية The objective of the study is to identify the reality of information systems and Communication Networks at the department of youth and sports in Constantine, assessment and analysis of its resources in order to reveal the difficulties faced by these systems which limit the effectiveness and efficiency in the provision of appropriate information accurately and timely, also to give some suggestions that may help to improve the effectiveness of information systems so that they can accomplish their mission in supporting the decisions taken at the department of youth and sports effectively . The researcher used a variety of sources and references to control all the theoretical aspects of this subject and its paradigm. He also followed the descriptive and analytical approach to address the problem studied. Based on the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting data from the study sample consisting of 36 employees The study yielded the following results: • Despite the availability of computers in the department, they remain insufficient to establish a good information system because data resources, software, networks, people and procedures are not available at the department • The current system does not provide information with sufficient quality . • Staff is aware that the quality of available information affects the effectiveness of decisions taken at department level .
