تنافسية القطاع الصناعي ومساهمته في الاقتصاد الوطني – حالة الجزائر

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل وتبيان القدرة التنافسية للصناعة الوطنية ومدى مساهمتها في الاقتصاد الجزائري، وذلك من خلال ابراز مدى مساهمة كل من قطاعي الصناعة التحويلية والصناعة الاستخراجية خارج المحروقات في الميزان التجاري والتوظيف. وكشف تحليل تنافسية القطاع الصناعي في التعرف على أهم المسارات التي اتخذها الجهاز الانتاجي في الجزائر خلال الفترة "2000-2016"، حيث بلغت الطاقة الإنتاجية المستغلة للقطاع الصناعي النصف، ويمكن القول أن الصناعة في الجزائر لا تعاني من نقص الامكانيات أو التجهيزات، ولكن تتحدد مشاكل الصناعة الوطنية في الادارة الرشيدة القادرة على تسيير القطاع وقيادته الى التميز وولوج الاسواق العالمية. The aim of this study is to analyze and demonstrate the competitiveness of the national industry and its contribution to the Algerian economy, by highlighting the contribution of both the manufacturing and extractive industries outside the hydrocarbons in the trade balance and employment. The analysis of the competitiveness of the industrial sector allowed us to identify the most important steps taken by the production apparatus in Algeria during the period 2000-2016. The production capacity of the industry reached the half during the study period. It can be said that the industry in Algeria does not suffer from lack of potential or But the problems of the national industry are determined by good governance capable of leading the sector to excellence and access to world markets.
