Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مفهوم السيناريو، وإبراز أهمية هذه التقنية في الدراسات المستقبلية، بحكم أن مفهوم السيناريو يشغل الكثير من الباحثين لفهم آلية عمله وتوقع مستقبل الظاهرة السياسية باعتباره كأداة للتفكير الاستراتيجي، وتتمحور الإشكالية حول موقع السيناريو في الدراسات المستقبلية وكيفية تحقيقه للوحدة المنهجية ومواجهة عدم اليقين. سوف تتم معالجة الموضوع من خلال التعريف بالسيناريو، أنواعه، خطوات إعداده، تطور منهج السيناريو، شروط نجاح بناء السيناريو، أهمية توظيف تقنية السيناريو في علم السياسة، تقييم تقنية السيناريو التي لا تزال أهم التقنيات المستخدمة في مجال العلوم السياسية كأداة للتفكير الاستراتيجي.This study aims to determine the concept of scenario, and highlight the importance of this technique in future studies, because this concept holds many researchers to understand its work mechanism and predicted future political phenomenon as a tool for strategic thinking, the problematic centered around the scenario’s site in future studies, and how it achieves the methodological unity and face the uncertainty. This study will be processed through the scenario’s definition, its types, its steps, the development of curriculum scenario, how to build a scenario, The Employment of this technique in Political Science, the scenario’s evaluation which remains the most important techniques used in the field of political science Political science as a tool for strategic thinking.
