Abstract

أولا: ملخص البحث: لا شك أن معرفة اصطلاحات العلماء من الأهمية بمكان لإدراك مرادهم من إطلاقاتهم، وفهم قصدهم من كلامهم، حتى لا يقع اللبس والشك، أو يفسر اصطلاحهم على غير مرادهم، فيقع الخطأ والزلل، كما أنه ينبغي لمن يتكلم في فن من الفنون، وعلم من العلوم أن يورد المصطلحات المتعارف عليها فيه، ويستعملها في معانيها المعروفة عند أهلها، فإن للعلم لغة محكمة ينبغي التزامها، ومخالف ذلك إما جاهل بمقتضى المقام أو قاصد للإبهام أو الإيهام، ويأتي هذا البحث الذي وسمته بـ: "الفصول المنتخبة في الأحاديث الملقبة" في هذا الإطار والمضمار لبيان بعض اصطلاحات العلماء في تلقيبهم للأحاديث النبوية بألقاب معيّنة، متعارف عليها بينهم، متفق عليها في الجملة، مع بيان مسالكهم في ذلك. Summary Undoubtedly, knowing the terms used by scholars is extremely important for grasping the meaning of their sentences in order to avoid misconception and doubt, and so that their words would not be interpreted contrarily to what they mean, which may lead to mistake and error. Certainly, he who wants to deal with a discipline or a science has to take its proper terms and use them in the right way as admitted by the specialists because science has its accurate language that we should conform to, and any user who violates that rule is either ignoring context or willing to confuse or deceive. It is in that context that this paper entitled “Selected Chapters on the Entitled Hadiths” is written. Its aims at bringing out the terms used by scholars when giving common titles to some Prophet’s Hadiths usually agreed on among the scholars.
