السِّجال الإسلامي العلماني في الخطاب السياسي العربي( حركة النهضة التونسية أنموذجا)

Abstract

تستهدف هذه الدراسة تحليل الخطاب السياسي العربي في إطار ازدواجية المعايير الأيديولوجية، الإسلامية منها والعلمانية؛ بالتطرّق إلى تحليل بيانات حركة النهضة التونسية، باعتبارها مثالا راهنا لهذه الازدواجية، وللكشف عن طبيعة هذا الخطاب السياسي في ظل التجاذبات الأيديولوجية وتأثيرها على مصداقية الخطاب وقبوله لدى المجتمع المتلقّي. وانتهت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أنّ التحولات التي عرفتها الساحة السياسية في تونس أدّت إلى إحداث تغييرات كبيرة على مستوى الخطاب السياسي لحركة النهضة؛ وبالتالي لا يمكن النظر في بيانات الحركة بمعزل عن البيئة الظرفية التي أوجدتها بتلك الثروة اللغوية سواء الدينية أو الحداثية، يضاف إلى ذلك تفاعل خطاب الحركة مع المعطيات التاريخية التي أسهمت في تكوين لغة خطابية جديدة لحركة النهضة التونسية. This study aims to analyze Arab political discourse within the framework of double ideological norms, both Islamic and secular, by examining the analysis of the data of the Tunisian party « Ennahdha Movement”, as a current example of this duplication, and to reveal the nature of this political discourse in light of ideological interactions and its impact on the credibility of the discourse and its acceptance by the recipient society. The study ended with a set of results, the most important of which are: the transformations that occurred in the political scene in Tunisia led to significant changes at the level of the political discourse of Ennahdha movement; therefore, Ennahdha’s data can not be considered in isolation from the circumstantial environment that created it with that linguistic wealth, whether religious or modernist, added In addition, Ennahdha’s rhetoric interacted with historical data that contributed to the formation of a new rhetorical language for the Islamic Tunisian party ”Ennahdha movement”.
