أهمية التكوين أثناء الخدمة لإكساب أستاذ الابتدائي الكفايات اللازمة في ظل متطلبات الإصلاحات التربوية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى رضا أفراد العينة عن مجالات التكوين المنظمة من طرف الوزارةوقد اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي، وباستعمال استبيان من اعداد الباحثة. وخلصنا أن هناك مجموعة من المبحوثين لم يتمكنوا من معرفة التكوين وأهم الإصلاحات التي جاءت بها المناهج الجديدة وبالتالي عدم معرفة الجوانب المعرفية والمنهجية التي بها يتم تكوين المعلمين والموظفين بالإضافة إلى عدم التوفيق في معرفة أهم المخططات المعرفيةThe study aimed to identify the extent of satisfaction of the sample members with the fields of training organized by the ministry. We followed the descriptive approach, using a questionnaire prepared by the researcher. We concluded that there is a group of respondents who were not able to know the training and the most important reforms that the new curricula brought about, thus not knowing the cognitive and methodological aspects in which teachers and staff are trained, in addition to the lack of success in knowing the most important cognitive schemes.
