Abstract

نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة الوقوف على أهمية استشراف المستقبل بالنسبة لكل من للدراسات السياسية والإستراتيجية، وذلك باعتبار الدراسات المستقبلية تقوم على متابعة عدد من المتغيرات، وتتبع اتجاهاتها الحالية فيما يخص مختلف المجالات، واعتماداً على هذه البيانات يتم خلق سيناريوهات مختلفة للأحداث المستقبلية المحتملة، والتي يتم إدراجها في التخطيط الاستراتيجي الخاص بأي من تلك المجالات، والعلوم السياسية من المجالات الحيوية التي تسعى الى توظيف هذا النوع من الدراسات، مما يمكنها من تصور المستقبل ووضع أهم البدائل المتاحة أثناء صنع القرار السياسي وما يمكن أن يلعبه من توجيه للدراسات السياسية والإستراتيجية في مواجهة المستقبل والأزمات التي قد تواجه صانع القرار السياسي. In This study attempts to identify the importance of forward looking for both political and strategic studies, considering that future studies are based on following up a number of variables and following their current trends in different fields. Based on these data, different scenarios are created for possible future events. Include them in the strategic planning of any of these areas, and political science is a vital area that seeks to employ this type of studies, enabling them to envision the future and develop the most important alternatives available during political decision-making and what can N play guidance for Political and Strategic Studies in the face of future crises that may face political decision-maker.
