لقد اهتم المشرع الجزائري بضبط وتنظيم الاستثمار في المجال البنكي، حيث جعله يخضع لنظام الترخيص المسبق، يمنحه مجلس النقد والقرض.
يقتضي منح الترخص المسبق العديد من الشروط والإجراءات، ذ يتميز بعضها بالتعقيد والشدة تواجه المستثمر أثناء مرحلة تأسيس الاستثمار.
The Algerian legislator has been interesting in regulating and organizing banking field’s investment since he made it submitted to the prior authorization accorded by the money and credit council.
Henceforth, according this prior authorization is conditioned by many conditions and procedures, some of which are complicated and hard facing the investor during the banking investment creation’s phase.
