    واقع المشاركة العمالية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية -دراسة ميدانية بمدرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز- سطيف –

    تهدف هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن واقع المشاركة العمالية في المؤسسة العمومية الاقتصادية الجزائرية تحديدا بمدرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز- سطيف، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وحرصا منا على التعاطي مع أكبر عدد ممكن من مفردات مجتمع البحث تم القيام بعملية مسح شامل لكل العاملين في المديرية عن طريق أداة الاستمارة حيث قدر عدد المبحوثين ب 167 مفردة ما بين أعوان تنفيذ وأعوان تحكم واطارات. حيث توصلت الدراسة الميدانية الى أن معظم المبحوثين أكدوا أن المؤسسة تقوم بإشراكهم في التسيير وفي الأرباح و...الخ وذلك عن طريق آليات مختلفة سنتطرق اليها من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية. This study aims to reveal the reality of labor participation in the Algerian Economic Public Enterprise, particularly the directorate of electricity and gas distribution. To achieve this objective, we used the descriptive approach. In order to address as many of the research community participants as possible, a comprehensive survey of all the staff of the directorate has been carried out using the questionnaire tool. The number of participants was estimated at 167 individuals, including executive officials, control officials, and frames. The field study found that most of the participants confirmed that the enterprise is engaging them in management and profits… through various mechanisms to be addressed through this paper.
