Abstract

تعد الأسواق المالية والبنوك ومؤسسات الوساطة المالية اهم محرك للاقتصاد باعتبارها الحلقة الأساسية في انتقال الأموال بين مختلف المتعاملين الاقتصاديين وأيضا باعتبارها شريان الحياة الاقتصادية ان التطور التكنولوجي الذي شهدته جميع اقتصاديات دول العالم فرض عليها البحث عن طرق حديثة لتسيير المعاملات المالية شهدت صناعة الخدمات المالية تغيرات كبيرة بفضل الذكاء الاصطناعي، الذي أحدث تحولا في عديد من الصناعات، بما في ذلك القطاع المالي . وتُعتبر هذه التغيرات فرصا كبيرة لتحسين كفاءة العمليات وتقديم تجربة أفضل للعملاء، ولكنها تأتي أيضا مع مجموعة من المخاطر التي يجب التعامل معها بحذر . وخلصت الدراسة الى التأثير الإيجابيللذكاء الاصطناعي ومساهمته في تسهيل التعاملات المالية وبالرغم من ذلك يجب الانتباه الى مخاطر الشفافية وكذا الأمنالسيبراني.Financial markets, banks and financial brokerage institutions are the most important engine of the economy as they are the main link in the transfer of money between various economic operators and also as the lifeblood of the economy. The technological development witnessed by all economies of the world has forced them to search for modern ways to manage financial transactions. The financial services industry has witnessed major changes thanks to artificial intelligence, which has transformed many industries, including the financial sector. These changes are considered great opportunities to improve the efficiency of operations and provide a better customer experience, but they also come with a set of risks that must be dealt with carefully. The study concluded the positive impact of artificial intelligence and its contribution to facilitating financial transactions. Despite this, attention must be paid to the risks of transparency and cybersecurity.
