dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تناول التطور التاريخي لقطاع الجباية في الجزائر منذ الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا، و التطرق إلى مختلف الإصلاحات بدءا من الإصلاح الجبائي لسنة 1992 إلى غاية رقمنة القطاع، وما ينتظر من هذه الإصلاحات باستخدام أنظمة جبائية رقمية وتطبيقات حديثة تساهم في رفع مستوى الآداء لتحقيق أهداف الإدارة والمتمثلة في تبسيط الإجراءات والمعاملات مع المكلفين بالضريبة سواء من ناحية اكتتاب التصريحات الجبائية أو دفع وتسديد الضرائب المترتبة عليهم، حيث تأمل الإدارة المركزية إلى الوصول لهدف التعامل عن بعد مع المكلفين وهذا من خلال نظام جبايتك وتطبيق مساهمتك .	fr_FR
