جـدليـة العـلاقـة بين الـدولـة والمجتمـع المـدني فـي عصـر العــولمـة

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة بين الدولة والمجتمع المدني، من خلال التعرف على التأثيرات التي فرضتها ظاهرة العولمة على كل من المجتمع المدني والدولة على حدا، من أجل الوصول إلى معرفة التأثيرات الحقيقية التي فرضتها ظاهرة العولمة على العلاقة التفاعلية بينهما. وتمت معالجة هذا الموضوع انطلاقا من تحديد مفهوم كلمن الدولة والمجتمع المدني والعلاقة بينهما، وإبراز أهم التأثيرات التي فرضتها ظاهرة العولمة على كلى المفهومين ما خلق جدلا بين الباحثين حول طبيعة العلاقة التي فرضتها ظاهرة العولمة بينهما. وقد توصل البحث إلى نتيجة أساسية مفادها أن العلاقة بين المجتمع المدني والدولة لم تعد علاقة احتواء تفرضها الدولة، حيث أن ظاهرة العولمة أدخلت مفهوما جديدا على المجتمع المدني جعل منه ظاهرة عابرة لحدود الدولة، وجعل تأثيراته تمس الدولة بل وتفوق حدودها This study aims at studying the relationship between the state and civil society by identifying the effects imposed by the phenomenon of globalization on both the civil society and the state, in order to get to know the real effects imposed by globalization on the interactive relationship between them. This topic was addressed by defining the concept of the state and civil society and the relationship between them, and highlighting the most important effects imposed by the phenomenon of globalization on both concepts, which created a debate among researchers about the nature of the relationship imposed by the phenomenon of globalization between them. The research reached a fundamental conclusion that the relationship between civil society and the state is no longer a containment relationship imposed by the state. The phenomenon of globalization has introduced a new concept to civil society that has made it a phenomenon that crosses the borders of the state.
