الجريمة في الأسرة الجزائرية -دراسة تحليلية لبعض الجرائم المعروضة في برنامج تلفزيوني بالشروق-

Abstract

يعاني المجتمع الجزائري مؤخرا من ظاهرة الجريمة شأنه شأن المجتمعات الأخرى. هذه الظاهرة امتدت حتى لأقدس المؤسسات، والتي من المفروض أن تؤسس للسلوكات السوية والصحة النفسية في المجتمع ككل وهي الأسرة. حيث أصبحنا نقرأ ونسمع عن جرائم نكراء تحدث داخل الأسر الجزائرية وبين أفرادها، فيقتل الأخ أخاه، والزوج زوجته والابن والده...الخ. وبغية معرفة حيثيات هذه الظاهرة من جهة، ولصعوبة الحصول على المعطيات في مثل هذه الجرائم من مصادرها المباشرة من جهة أخرى، قمنا في هذه الدراسة بتحليل مضمون خمسة جرائم أسرية تم عرضها في حلقات برنامج لغز الجريمة، على قناة الشروق الوطنية، بهدف الوقوف على أهم أسباب ودوافع الجريمة في الأسرة الجزائرية، أدواتها، ملامح وخصائص شخصيتي المجرم والضحية، أهم أطرافها (الزوج، الزوجة، الأبناء، الأقارب) وانعكاس هذه الجريمة على المحيط العائلي.Algerian society recently suffers from the phenomenon of crime, just like other societies.This phenomenon extended even to the most sacred institutions, which are supposed to establish normal behavior and mental health in society as a whole, which is the family. As we read and hear about heinous crimes that occur within Algerian families and among their members, the brother kills his brother, the husband his wife, the son his father...etc. In order to know the reasons for this phenomenon on the one hand, and due to the difficulty of obtaining data on such crimes from their direct sources on the other hand, In this study we analyzed the content of five family crimes that were shown in the episodes of the Crime Mystery program on Echorouk National Channel, with the aim of identifying the most important reasons The motives of the crime in the Algerian family, its tools, the criminal and the victim characteristics, its most important parties (husband, wife, children, relatives) and the reflection of this crime on the family environment.
