البعد الحضاري للتكوين الشرعي رصد للنموذج المعرفي والمنطلق المنهجي الوظيفي

Abstract

ملخص البحث يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن النموذج المعرفي الموجود في أسس التكوين الشرعي؛ من أصول العقائد وأصول الشريعة وأصول الأخلاق، والمقصود بالنموذج المعرفي هو الإطار التفسيري الذي يحاول أن يصل إلى الصيغ الكلية والنهائية للوجود الإنساني. وقد برهنّا على وجود هذا النموذج المعرفي المنبثق من التكوين الشرعي وهو نموذج عالمي متأصل مبني على رؤية واضحة المفاهيم، وفق إطار تحليلي وتفسيري يجيب على الأسئلة الوجودية الكبرى، ولهذا النموذج منطلقات عدة تحدد له الإشكالات الأجدر بالتناول والطرح، وفق قيم ومعايير حاكمة ظاهرة. والمتكون أيضًا من أبعادٍ معرفيةٍ وروحيةٍ وظيفيةٍ. ومن مقومات الصمود الحضاري وهي البعد المرجعي أي الجذور والأصول التي يستمد الفكر منها أصالته ومرجعيته وهي محددة بالكتاب والسنة. والبعد المنهجي الموضوعي المنظم والبعد الواقعي والبعد العالمي الشمولي للدعوة الإنسانية. Summary The purpose of this research is to explore the cognitive model found in the principles of the Shari'ah formation, from the beliefs’ origins , the principles of the Shari'a and the ethics. We have demonstrated the existence of this world-wide, knowledge-based model based on a vision based on clear concepts, according to an analytical and interpretive framework that answers the great existence questions.This model has several prejudices to determine the most appropriate problems to deal with and subtract, according to the values and criteria governing the phenomenon. It is also composed of cognitive and functional dimensions. It is one of the elements of cultural steadfastness, namely, the reference dimension, ie, the roots and origins from which the intellect derives its originality and reference. The systematic dimension, the realistic dimension and the universal and holistic dimension of human advocacy.
