العلاقة بين مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة و تحسين الأداء البشري بالمؤسسات الصناعية

Abstract

This study aims to highlight the relationship between the application of the principles of TQM (customer focus, leadership commitment, empowerment and involvement of persons, continuous improvement, strategic planning, training, feedback) and human performance in the Algerian industrial enterprises that have ISO 9001 certification. The questionnaire was used as a tool for applied study, which includes 44 phrases, 300 forms were distributed to the various administrative groups in the enterprises as a subject of study, based on the information obtained and the (SPSS? v21) program, the hypotheses were analyzed and tested. Finally, the study seem to be concluded with the following results: -The persons of the study sample agree with a high level on the application of the principles of TQM in the Algerian industrial enterprise that have the ISO 9001 certificate. - There is a correlation between the application of the principles of TQM and the improvement of human performance in the Algerian industrial enterprise that have ISO 9001 certificate. - There is an impact on the application of TQM to improve the human performance in the Algerian industrial enterprises that have ISO 9001certificate. تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز العلاقة بين تطبيق مبادئ ادارة الجودة الشاملة (التركيز على الزبون، التزام القيادة، التحسين المستمر، تمكين واشراك الافراد، التخطيط الاستراتيجي، التدريب، التغذية العكسية) و الاداء البشري من خلال عينة من المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية المتحصلة على شهادة ايزو 9001، حيث تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كاداة للدراسة التطبيقية، تضمن 44 عبارة، تم توزيع 300 استمارة على مختلف الفئات الادارية بالمؤسسات محل الدراسة، و انطلاقا من المعلومات المتحصل عليها و بالاعتماد على برنامج (SPSS? v21) تم تحليلها واختبار فرضيات الدراسة، و في الاخير تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: -افراد عينة الدراسة موافقون بمستوى عال على تطبيق مبادئ ادارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات الجزائرية الصناعية الحاصلة على شهادة ايزو 9001 المدروسة. - توجد علاقة ارتباط بين تطبيق مبادئ ادارة الجودة الشاملة و تحسين الاداء البشري بالمؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية الحاصلة على شهادة ايزو 9001. - يوجد اثر لتطبيق مبادئ ادارة الجودة الشاملة في تحسين الاداء البشري بالمؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية الحاصلة على شهادة ايزو 9001.
