أخلقة البحث العلمي ودورها في معالجة السرقة العلمية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة السرقة العلمية التي باتت تمارس من طرف فريق من الطلاب والباحثين بصرف النظر عن مستوياتهم ورتبهم العلمية. فالسرقة العلمية تعد انحرافا سلوكيا وضربا من ضروب الفساد الذي يتعين على صانعي القرار والمنتسبين إلى المجتمع الأكاديمي بذل الجهد وعدم التراخي في التصدي له. وتستعرض الدراسة أهم مظاهر وأنواع وأسباب وآثار هذا السطو العلمي على سمعة الجامعة ومكانتها كقطب علمي وثقافي ريادي في المجتمع. وتخلص الدراسة إلى تقديم جملة من المقاربات الكفيلة للحد من انتشار هذه الظاهرة مع التركيز على البعد الأخلاقي في الوسط الأكاديمي كآلية معنوية راقية في إنضاج الوعي لدي الباحثين في تقديم إنتاج علمي ذي جودة يستفاد منه على الصعيد الأكاديمي والاجتماعي. This study aims to shed light on the phenomenon of plagiarism, which is being practiced by a group of students and Researchers, regardless of their scientific levels and ranks. Plagiarism is a behavioural deviation and a form of corruption that decision-makers and members of the academic community must make efforts and not be complacent in confronting it. The study reviews the most important manifestations, causes and effects of this scientific robbery on the reputation of the university and its position as a leading scientific and cultural pole in society. The study concludes by presenting a number of approaches to limit the spread of this phenomenon, with a focus on the ethical dimension in the academic community as a high moral mechanism in maturing the awareness of researchers in providing scientific production of quality that can be benefited from at the academic and social levels.
