الاكتئاب والإقدام على الانتحار لدى المراهقين

Abstract

تعد المراهقة مرحلة التناقضات الصارخة حيث تبرز فيها بعض السلوكيات اللاسوية التي قد تصل حد الاضطراب أو المرض النفسي إذا ما لم يتم التكفل بها من طرف الأسرة والمدرسة على حد سواء. ولعل من بين هذه الاضطرابات الاكتئاب وهوكما يعرف بمرض العصر، هذا الأخير انتشر بصورة مذهلة في أوساط مختلف الفئات العمرية ومنها المراهقين، ونظرا لضعف البنية السيكولوجية للمراهق فإنه قد يكون فريسة سهلة للظروف المحيطة به مما قد يدخله في دوامة الاكتئاب النفسي الذي أثبتت عدة دراسات ارتباطه الوثيق جدا بالانتحار والمحاولات الانتحارية. أيضا هذا ما تدل عليه الإحصائيات العالمية لتزايد ظاهرة الانتحار والمحاولات الانتحارية عند الأطفال والمراهقين. سنحاول عرض موضوع الاكتئاب والإقدام على الانتحار لدى المراهقين من منطلق تحليلي حيث أن هذا الموضوع يطرح إشكالات كثيرة بفعل تعدد وتعقد الأسباب والعوامل العديدة المتداخلة فيه النفسية والتربوية والأسرية، ومن خلال نتائجه حيث يؤدي إلى انعكاسات وآثار نفسية واجتماعية ليس على صحة المراهق فحسب بل على الأسرة والتركيبة الاجتماعية للمجتمع وآثار أخرى ذات بعد ثقافي اجتماعيAdolescence is a stage of blatant contradictions, and some abnormal behaviors that may reach the point of turmoil or decompensated disease if not taken car of by the family and the school alike. This is also indicated by the sicentific statistics of the increasing phenomenon of suicide and selective attempts among chlidren and adolescents. we will try to present the topic of depression and suicide among adolescents from an analytical approach, as the topic raises many problems due to the multiplicity and compexity of the reasons and the the many intertwined factors in it, being psychological, educational and familial, and through its results as it leads to psychological and social repercussions and effects not only on the teenager's health, but also on the family and the social structure of society and other effects of cultural and social dimentions
