Abstract

شهدت تركيا تحولات في ديناميات السياسة الخارجية وتجلياتها، وبمجيء حزب العدالة والتنمية ظهرت مدارك وتصورات نشطة حول ما يجب على تركيا أن تفعله، وما يجب أن تستمر فيه، وما يجب أن تغيره، وكل ذلك انطلاقا من أفكار ونظريات مهندسي سياستها الخارجية، الأمر الذي بحثنا فيه وتفحصناه في هذه المقالة بدءا بوضع إطار عام للسياسة الخارجية التركية، وتاليا أهم النظريات المفسرة للتوجه التركي الجديد نحو الخارج .
