حوكمة السياسات العامة الاجتماعية: دراسة تحليلية من منظور الشبكية والشراكة للحكم الجيّد

Abstract

يعد حقل السياسة العامة من أهم الاختصاصات التي يدور حولها نقاش فيما يخص تدخل الدولة، لأداء أدوارها السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية على أكمل وجه، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالأداء والمخرجات التي تختص بالشأن الاجتماعي، والتي ندعوها بالسياسات الاجتماعية، حيث هذا السجال الفكري يتلخص في ظهور الأساليب الجديدة: كإعادة هندسة آليات هذا الأداء وجودة تلك المخرجات ومن بينها: الشبكية، الحوكمة، والحكم الجيد. تعالج هذه الأوراق البحثية مستويات التفكير حول أهم عوامل نجاح هذه القطاعات الاجتماعية، إذ ما تم تطبيق هذه المعايير. The public policy is one of the most important fields, which concern to the researchers, and political scientists; regarding: state intervention, the performance of political, economic and social roles to the fullest, especially with the performance and outputs, which specializes in social affairs, we called social policy, where this debate intellectual is the appearance of new methods: engineering mechanisms such as restoring the performance and quality of outputs, including: networking, governance, and good governance.
