dc.description.abstract	يستفيد العامل الذي تعرض لحادث عمل من أداءات عينية ونقدية، ولكن هذا لا يتأتى له إلا بعد إتباع إجراءات حددها المشرع في قانون 83/13 المتضمن حوادث العمل والأمراض المهنية، تتمثل في معاينة الحادث عن طريق التصريح به كما تقوم هيئة الضمان الاجتماعي بالبث في الطابع المهني للحادث، وكمرحلة أخيرة تقوم الهيئة بمعاينة الإصابة عن طريق الشهادتين الطبيتين (أولية ووصفية)، والمراقبة الطبية.The worker who suffered a work accident benefit of performances in kind and cash, but this does not come to him only after following the procedures set by legislator in law 83/13containing work accidents and occupational diseases, is to preview the accident by declaration that it, as the social security organization will be contest the Professional character of the accident.
