الأمـن الثقـافي دراسـة في المفهـوم والمهـددات

Abstract

يعدّ الأمن الثقافي أهم جوانب الأمن القومي لأنه يمثل الحفاظ على الذاتية والهوية في مواجهة محاولات الاحتواء، وبالتالي هو ضرورة إستراتيجية ملحة لبقاء الدول، بواسطته تتمايز الثقافات وتتباين المجتمعات، وتأخذ كلّ منها طابعها الخاص الذي يميّز هويتها الثقافية عن غيرها. لكن يتعرض الأمن الثقافي مؤخرا لتهديدات عديدة تهدف إلى عزله عن ثقافته الأصيلة، على رأسها ظاهرة العولمة خاصة في جانبها الثقافي، أضف إلى ذلك ظاهرة الهجرة والنزاعات الإثنية، كلّ هذا أدى إلى أشكال مختلفة من التغييرات في الحياة الفكرية، وانحسار الثقافات الداخلية ما يهدد باختصار أمنها الثقافي. The "cultural security" is the most important aspect of the national security. It represents the preservation of identity against all attempts of invasion or containment, therefore it is a strategic necessity for the survival of all nations, it distincts cultures and communities from eachothers, and make a special character that distinguishes each cultural identity. However cultural security is exposed to many threats that can isolate it from its original context, especially with the spread of globalization, immigration and ethnic and religious conflicts, all those factors led to various forms of changes in intellectual life, and the decline of local cultures and threatening by the way the cultural security.
