تأثير إكتئاب ما بعد الولادة على طبيعة التفاعل أم-طفل.

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد طبيعة التفاعل أم- طفل لدى الأمهات المصابات بإكتئاب ما بعد الولادة. جاء الاهتمام بهذا الموضوع نظرا لما لهذه الحالة النفسية التي تعاني منها الأم من تأثير على تفاعلها مع رضيعها، اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج العيادي، حيث قمنا بتطبيق مجموعة أدوات ، والتي تمثلت في سلم اكتئاب ما بعد الولادة ل «Edimbourg» ، ، بالإضافة إلى شبكة تقييم التفاعلات الأولية أم- طفل ل «Bobigny». توصلنا في الأخير إلى أن هشاشة التوظيف النفسي و فقر الموارد الداخلية للأم يساهم في ظهور إكتئاب ما بعد الولادة الذي يؤثر بدوره على طبيعة تفاعل الأم التي تكون غير متكيفة لدى هاته الأمهات. This study aims to determine the nature of mother-child interaction in mothers with postpartum depression.The interest in this topic came due to the psychological state that the mother suffers from on her interaction with her infant. This study relied on the clinical approach, where we applied a set of tools, which was represented by the "Edimbourg" Postpartum Depression Scale, in addition to the "Bobigny" Mother-Child Primary Interactions Assessment Network. Finally, we concluded that the fragility of psychological employment and the poverty of the mother's internal resources contribute to the emergence of postpartum depression, which in turn affects the nature of the mother's interaction, which is maladaptive in these mothers.
