الشيخوخة العادية والشيخوخة المرضية للذّاكرة الدّلالية من المنظور النفس-معرفي

Abstract

شيخوخة الذّاكرة الدّلاليّة أو السّميائيّة، هي مظهر من مظاهر الشّيخوخة المعرفيّة. الشّيخوخة المعرفيّة هو ما يصيب الوظائف العقليّة خلال المرحلة الأخيرة من نمو الانسان (مرحلة الشّيخوخة) بما فيها الذّاكرة. إلّا أنّ وقع أو أثر الشّيخوخة عليها يختلف باختلاف أنواعها. إذ تعتبر كلّ من الذّاكرة المرحليّة والذّاكرة العاملة أكثر عرضة للشّيخوخة مقارنة بالذّاكرة الدّلاليّة الأكثر تصديّا لهذا العامل. إلّا أنّ هذه الأخيرة تختلّ كذلك في حال الشّيخوخة المرضيّة. لذا أضحى من المهمّ التّطلّع على كيفيّة تأثير الشّيخوخة (سواء كانت عاديّة أو مرضيّة) على المعلومات الدّلاليّة المخزّنة، ممّا يساعد حتما، عند تشخيص هذا النّوع من الذّاكرة، على التّمييز بين الشّيخوخة المعرفيّة العاديّة والمرضيّة. فكيف هي الذّاكرة الدّلاليّة في حالتي الشّيخوخة المعرفيّة العاديّة والمرضيّة؟ وكيف تتأثّر بها مختلف مستوياتها (مستوى التّنظيم المعجميّ، ومستوى المعلومات الدّلاليّة)؟ وماهي العوامل المأثّرة فيها عند بلوغ هذه المرحلة؟ أخيرا، كيف يساهم تشخيص الذّاكرة الدّلاليّة لدى المسنّين في الكشف عن بعض أمراض الشّيخوخة المعرفيّة؟ إنّها الأسئلة الّتي نسعى للإجابة عليها من خلال هذا المقال النّظريّ، الّذي يهدف أساسا إلى عرض أهمّ المعلومات عن كيفيّة تأثير كلّ من الشّيخوخة العاديّة والمرضيّة على الذّاكرة الدّلاليّة، وذلك استنادا إلى أهمّ البحوث النّفس-معرفيّة الّتي تناولت الموضوع، بغية المساهمة في إثراء حقل البحوث العربيّة المرتبطة بهذا المجال، والّتي لتزال جدّ محدودة، إن لم نقل نادرة.Aging of semantic memory is a manifestation of cognitive aging. Cognitive aging is what affects mental functions during the last stage of human development (aging), including memory. However, the impact or effect of aging on this memory varies according to its types. Both episodic memory and working memory are more likely to be aging than the more semantic memory that is resistant to this factor. However, the latter also disintegrates in the case of pathological aging. It is therefore important to look at how aging (whether normal or pathological) affects stored semantic information, which inevitably helps, when diagnosed this type of memory, to distinguish between normal and pathological cognitive aging. So how is semantic memory in normal as well as pathological cognitive aging? How its different levels are affected (the level of lexical organization, the level of semantic information)? What are the factors affecting it when it reaches this stage? Finally, how does the diagnosis of semantic memory in the elderly contribute to the detection of some cognitive aging diseases? These are the questions that we seek to answer through this theoretical article that mainly aims to present the most important information on how both normal and pathological aging affect semantic memory, based on the most important psycho-cognitive research that has dealt with the subject, in order to contribute to enriching the field of Arabic research. Related to this field, which is still very limited, if not rare.
