دلالة استخدام التقنيات النفسو-فيزيولوجية المتبعة في التنميط الجغرافي التطبيقي لتحديد الملامح المعرفية للجناة

Abstract

بوجود حدث إجرامي معين، فإنه يتعين على الجهات الأمنية المختصة تحديد نوعية التدخلات المناسبة التي تتوافق وطبيعة المسرح الاجرامي. إذ يعبر ارتكاب جريمة بدلالات غامضة في موقع معين على جملة من المؤشرات التي لابد من رسمها لتحديد الظروف والوقائع الحقيقية التي نتج عنها الفعل الجنائي، وتحديد ملامح الجاني وفقا لما يتم جمعه من معطيات وبيانات وأدلة توثيقية. ولأن عملية تحديد المشبه به تشمل على اختيار عينة واسعة جدا من المجرمين المحتملين، وهو ما من شأنه أن يستغرق وقتا وجهدا أكبر، فقد تناولت مراكز البحث والدراسات الجنائية العالمية جوانب ذلك لحصر عدد المشبه بهم وفق منظور "التنميط الجنائي"، والذي اعتمد على طريقة المجرم في ارتكاب جرمه، إلا ان نسبية نتائجه استدعت البحث في آلية أخرى أكثر تطورا، والتي استندت إلى مقاربة " التنميط الجغرافي". والذي يقوم على تنفيذ جملة من التقنيات التي من شأنها أن ترصد الملامح الفعلية للمجرم، وكذا عوامل تحقيق فاعليتها. سنحاول من خلال ورقتنا العلمية هذه، تحديد ماهية هذه الآلية، ومحددات تطبيقاتها، والعوامل النفسية المرتبطة بممارساتها. The occurrence of a criminal event constitutes an emergency circumstance for the authorities of the competent security authorities to determine the type of appropriate interventions that are compatible with the nature of the criminal theater.
