Abstract

يمنح الامتياز على أساس دفتر الشروط، عن طريق التراضي على الأراضي التابعة للأملاك الخاصة للدولة المتوفرة، لفائدة المؤسسات والهيئات العمومية أو الأشخاص الطبيعية أو المعنوية الخاضعة للقانون الخاص، وذلك لاحتياجات مشاريع استثمارية، خلال مدة زمنية محددة قانونا، مقابل اقتطاعات إجتبارية، فما هي مختلف الإجبارية التي يخضع لها المستثمر، وما هي الجزاءات المترتبة ضده في حال عدم التزامه بدفعها وفق ما ينص عليه القانون ؟For the needs of investment projects and under reserve of respect the existing urban instruments, the lands in the private domain of the State available is concede by a contract documents, by consent for the benefit of public establishments or physical or moral persons of private law, in a period of time specified by law, with a counterparty of the compulsory deductions.
