Abstract

الرقابة البرلمانية على أعمال الحكومة وفق التعديل الدستوري 2016 وظيفة يمارسها البرلمان الجزائري إلى جانب الإختصاص التشريعي، والتي تتعدد آلياتها بين آليات تترتب عنها مسؤولية سياسية للحكومة والمتمثلة في الموافقة على مخطط عمل الحكومة، وبيان السياسة العامة، وآليات لا تترتب عنها مسؤولية سياسية والمتمثلة في: الإستجواب، والأسئلة الشفوية والكتابية، ولجان التحقيق.The Parliamentary control on government actions according to the constitutional amendment on 2016, is a function exercised by the Algerian parliament, beside the legislative competence, which has a difference mechanism, include a mechanisms consequent the political responsibility of government which are the according of the government schedule , and the general policy declaration, and a mechanisms don’t consequent a political responsibility which are: interrogation, the oral and writing questions, and the committee of investigation, discussion of foreign policy, and controlling the Using funds of the year.
