Abstract

تعد المانيا شريكاً مهما لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، إذ يرتبط الجانبان في علاقات استراتيجية، لاسيما الاقتصادية والسياسية، ومما لا شك فيه ان التغيرات التي حدثت في المنطقة العربية، دفعت ألمانيا إلى تعزيز علاقاتها بتلك الدول من اجل المحافظة على مسار علاقاتها المستقبلية مع دول مجلس التعاون ورغبتها في رسم دور جديد للاتحاد الاوربي تحت قيادتها، وتقديم نفسها كوسيط بين دول مجلس التعاون. وقد تناول البحث طبيعة تطور العلاقات السياسية والاقتصادية بين المانيا ودول مجلس التعاون.Germany is an important partner of the Gulf Cooperation Council Gulf Cooperation Council countries .The two sides are in strategic relations, especially economic and political, and there is no doubt that the changes that took place in the Arab region prompted Germany to strengthen its relations with these countries in order to maintain the course of its future relations with the Gulf Cooperation Council countries Its desire to draw a new role for the EU under its leadership, and to present itself as an intermediary among the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. The research dealt with the nature of the development of political and economic relations between Germany and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
