واقع تحليل العمل في ظل الرقمنة دراسة ميدانية بمصلحة الحالة المدنية ببلدية الجلفة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن واقع تحليل العمل في ظل الرقمنة بمصلحة الحالة المدنية ، حيث استعمل الباحثان المنهج الوصفي والاستبيان كآداة رئيسية حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 30 موظفا ، شملت الامين العام للبلدية والمسؤولين المباشرين في المصلحة و رؤساء الفروع واعوان الشباك ضمن 11 فرعا بلديا . خلصت الدراسة الى انه لا توجد اي دراية لدى القائمين على مصلحة الحالة المدنية او العاملين فيها وانه لا توجد اي فروق بين القائمين على المصلحة والموظفين في مستوى هذه الدراية .The current study aims to reveal the fact of job- analysis in light of digitization in the civil status ; where the researchers used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a main tool. A sample of the study consisted of 30 employees, including the general secretary of the municipality, direct officials in the authority, heads of branches and office agents within 11 municipal branches. The study concluded that there is no knowledge among those in charge of the civil status department or its employees, and that there are no differences between those in charge of the department and employees in the level of this knowledge.
