دور الإعــــلام فـي ضمــان حـريــة التعبيـر

Abstract

تعتبر حرية التعبير من الموضوعات التي اصبحت تعرف اهتماما كبيرا، بالنظر إلى الفائدة التي اصبحت تجسدها في اعطاء الحقوق والدفاع عنها، ويرتبط تحقيق حرية التعبير في الوقت الراهن بمدى تمكن الأفراد من وجود الوسائل التي تسمح لهم بالتعبير، لذا فان وسائل الإعلام تعد الفضاء الأوسع لممارستها، كما انها ضمانة اساسية في حماية هذه الحريات من كل التجاوزات التي يمكن ان تتعرض لها.Freedom of expression is one of the topics that have become of great interest in view of the utility That has been embodied in giving and defending rights,The achievement of freedom of expression is now linked to the extent to which individuals have the means to express themselves. It is also a fundamental guarantee in the protection of these freedoms from all excesses that can be exposed to them.
