Abstract

لقد شكل موضوع حماية الأسرة اهتمام الدولة الجزائرية منذ الاستقلال، وتغيرت سياسات الدولة تجاه هذه المؤسسة الاجتماعية بتغير المراحل وظروف البيئتين الداخلية والخارجية، وقد كانت للتغيرات التي عرفها المجتمع الجزائري تحت تأثير العولمة بمختلف أشكالها، الثقافية والاقتصادية والسياسية دورا مباشرا في تبني الدولة الجزائرية استراتيجيات موافقة لحماية مؤسسة الأسرة. في هذا السياق تأتي هذه الدراسة للتطرق إلى الإطار القانوني لحماية الأسرة ومن ثم الكشف بالتحليل والتفسير عن حيثيات السياسات العامة التي انتهجتها الدولة الجزائرية حيال الأسرة خلال الفترة 2010-2016، ومدى فعالية هذه السياسات في معالجة مختلف احتياجات الأسرة، حيث ستركز بالتحديد على برامج وزارة التضامن الوطني والأسرة وقضايا المرأة باعتبارها الممثل الأساسي للدولة الجزائرية والمسؤول عن تطبيق سياسياتها في هذا المجال. The subject of the family protection has always constituted the primary concern of the Algerian governments, the policies of the progressive governments towards this social institution have been adopted with the different era’s evolution and changes on one hand, and local & international environment Impact on in the last two decades due to the influence of the globalization shapes and aspects (cultural, economic and political) , which have played the main role in the adoption of appropriate strategies in order to focus on the protection of the family institution. In this context, I basically concentrated on the legal status of the family protection during period 2010_2016 .and then to analyze and explain the government public policies its effectiveness in responding to different rights related to family protection and gender equality.
