نمط التعلق عند المصاب بالمرض السيكوسوماتي "الصدفية نموذجا"دراسة الحالة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن نمط التعلق عند المصاب بالمرض السيكوسوماتي، ومرض الصدفية تحديدا، شملت عينة الدراسة حالة من جنس أنثى مراهقة تبلغ من العمر ستة عشرة سنة، تمحورت فرضيتنا حول وجود اضطراب في نمط التعلق الخاص بها، تمت الدراسة بالاعتماد على المنهج الإكلينيكي من خلال دراسة الحالة وبالاعتماد على الملاحظة العيادية والمقابلة النصف موجهة. أشارت النتائج إلى وجود اضطراب في نمط التعلق من النوعين التجنبي والمتناقض نظرا لعدم قدرة المريضة على التعايش مع مرضها والإحساس بالنقص مع انخفاض تقدير الذات بسبب عدم القدرة على مواجهة العالم الخارجي و وجود خلل في التوافق الاجتماعي.The current study aimed at revealing the attachment style of the psychosomatic patient, namely the psoriasis patient. The sample of the study included an adolescent female case aged 16 years old. Our hypothesis revolved around the existence of a disorder in her attachment style. The study was conducted using the clinical method through the case study. In addition, we used the clinical observation and the semi-structured interview. Findings show the existence of a disorder in the attachment style that is the avoidance and the opposing attachment style due to the inability of the patient to coexist with her disease, the feeling of inferiority, and the low self-esteem as a result of her inability to face the external world and the existence of a problem in the social consensus
