التغير الاجتماعي في الجزائر وأثره على الانحراف - تقرير نظري-

Abstract

تعتبر الظواهر الاجتماعية دائمة التغيير لتحدث أنماط سوسيو ثقافية جديدة في السلوك الاجتماعي، ومن بين الظواهر التي ينتجها التغير الاجتماعي ظاهرة الانحراف والجريمة. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير التغير الاجتماعي الذي عرفه المجتمع الجزائري عبر التاريخ في ظاهرة الانحراف، حيث أدت التغيرات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية إلى تحول في البناء الاجتماعي ووظائف الأنظمة والعلاقات بين الأفراد والجماعات وجاء عرض هذه الورقة البحثية من خلال التطرق إلى أهم التغيرات التي عرفتها الجزائر خلال سيرورتها التاريخية بدءا بالتغيرات السياسية ثم التغيرات الاقتصادية و أخيرا التغيرات الاجتماعية لنصل في الأخير إلى نتيجة مفادها أن هذه التغيرات كان لها إسهام في تغير النمط المعيشي داخل المجتمع الجزائري مما زاد من انتشار الظواهر اللامعيارية في المجتمع التي من تمظهراتها السلوكات الانحرافية والاجرامية Social phenomena are always changing, speaking new socio-cultural patterns in social behavior, among the phenomena produced by social change are the phenomena of deviation and crime. This study aims to know the Algerian society has know throughout history on the phenomenon of deviation ,as political, economic, social and cultural changes have led to a shift in the social structure and functions of systems and relation between individuals and groups. The presentation of this research paper came by addressing the most important changes that Algeria experienced during its historical process, starting with political changes, then economic changes, and finally social changes, so that we finally reach the conclusion that these changes had a contribution to increasing the phenomenon of delinquency and crime in Algerian society
