عوامل الخطورة الإجرامية لدى الأحداث المرتبطة بالأحياء الشعبية من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه – دراسة ميدانية بولاية باتنة –

Abstract

: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على طبيعة التوجه نحو عوامل الخطورة الإجرامية لدى الأحداث المرتبطة بالأحياء الشعبية من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه، وكذا ترتيب عوامل الخطورة الإجرامية ، والكشف عن الفروق فيها من وجهة نظرهم والتي تعزى لمتغير سنوات العمل. وإعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي على عينة مكونة من (50)مستشار التوجيه تم إنتقائهم بطريقة قصدية، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في الملاحظة والمقابلة وإستبيان عوامل الخطورة الاجرامية بالأحياء تم إعداده من طرف الباحثتان، واهم ما توصلت اليه الدراسة هو ان التوجه نحو عوامل الخطورة الإجرامية لدى الأحداث المرتبطة بالأحياء الشعبية من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه ذو طبيعة موجبة. كما ان ترتب عوامل الخطورة الإجرامية من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه كما يلي: ترويج المخدرات، الحي السكنى، وسائل الإعلام، الأسرة، السلوكات الإنحرافية. وتوجد فروق في عوامل الخطورة الإجرامية لدى الأحداث المرتبطة بالأحياء الشعبية من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه تعزى لمتغير سنوات العمل. : The current study aimed to identify the nature of the tendency towards criminal risk factors among juveniles associated with popular neighborhoods from the point of view of my counselor’s guidance, as well Ranking of criminal risk factors and revealing the differences in it from their point of view, which is attributed to the variable of years of work. And The study relied on the descriptive-relational approach on a sample of (50) guidance counselors who were selected in an intentional manner. And The tools of the study were observation, interview, and a questionnaire of criminal risk factors in neighborhoods, which was prepared by the two researchers. The most important finding of the study is that Orientation towards criminal risk factors among juveniles associated with popular neighborhoods from the point of view of guidance counselors is of a positive nature. As that Criminal risk factors are arranged from the point of view of guidance counselors as follows: drug trafficking, neighborhood, media, family, and deviant behavior.And There are differences in the criminal risk factors for juveniles associated with popular neighborhoods from the point of view of guidance counselors, due to the variable of years of work.
