الآثار النفس - إجتماعية للاستعمال السيئ للأنترنت من طرف الأطفال في ظل الآليات القانونية لحمايتهم

Abstract

بفضل شبكة الأنترنت أصبحت المعلومة اليوم في متناول الجميع، الكل يستخدمها في مجال تخصصه، عن طريق ما توفره من خدمات معلوماتية، وإسخدمات في غاية الأهمية للجامعات والمدارس ومراكز الأبحاث، وشكلت هذه الخدمات المتطورة أرضية خصبة لانتشارها بشكل هائل، وزيادة أعداد مستخدميها حول العالم ليصل إلى مئات الملايين، الأمر الذي جعلها تتداول بشكل سريع لدى الأطفال لما يمتازون به من طبع فضولي ورغبة في اكتشاف كل ما هو جديد، وباعتبارها وسيلة جذب تساعدهم على إظهار مهاراتهم وقدراتهم الحركية والفكرية وتتيح لهم الاختيار والتجريب والاكتشاف ما جعلهم يفتنون بها أكثر من أي وسيلة أخرى، عبر تصفح كل المواقع والصفحات بما فيها المواقع ذات المحتوى الإباحي والعنيف التي تعمل على إغرائهم وتحفيزهم لتقليد أي سلوك منحرف، وهنا يصبح إستعمالهم لهذه الشبكة غير امن، خاصة في غياب التوعية المسبقة والإرشاد من الأهل وذوالإختصاص، فكل هذا جعلها لا تخلو من عواقب سلبية تترك أثارها على المستوى الاجتماعي والنفسي للفرد وذلك بإجماع العديد من الدارسين والباحثين، حيث تمثلت في العزلة الاجتماعية، الوحدة النفسية، القلق الاكتئاب، الانطوائية، فقدان الحس الاجتماعي داخل الأسرة، وذلك بسبب تحطيم القيم والمبادئ المثلى من خلال غرف المحادثة أو الإدمان على المواقع الإباحية أو العنف، وجاءت هذه الدراسة لتوصيف وتحليل ظاهرة سوء استعمالها وأثارها النفس-اجتماعية على شريحة الأطفال، مع الإشارة لأهم التدابير اللازمة للوقاية من مخاطرها، وذلك في ظل الآليات القانونية التي توفر بيئة حامية وداعمة للأطفال. Thanks to the internet , informations became available to everyone, everybody uses it in its own field, it provides informatical services and very important uses for universeties, schools and reseach centers these developed services made it a fertile ground because of its huge propagation which increased its, users number up to hundred of millions world wild including children who are known for for being curious to discover new things, the way internet attracted children made them fascinated by it , because it helpes them to show their skills and physical and mental abilities, and gives them the chance to choose and try thing by surfing in all web sites and pages inclouding the ones with pornographic or violent contenet which may seduce and motivate them to behave depravedly, the unsafe use of these networks combined with the parents and adults in charged lack of awarness and guidness made it full of unwanted social and phychological bad consequences confiremed by many researchers such as social isolation, Psychological loneliness, anxiety, depression ,anti socialising , also it damages the family connection and communication, because it destroys the main values and principles through chat rooms or the addiction to porn on violence site.This research describes and analyses the phenomenon of the bad use of the internet and its personal and social effects on children , making clear the most important advices to save children from its dangers under legal lows that provides a safe and a supportive environment for all the children.
