Procédure d’anesthésie et technique chirurgicale prophylactique d’urgence de la gastropexie chez le chien

Abstract

La gastropexie prophylactique est pratiquement le meilleur moyen pour prévenir le syndrome de dilatation et de torsion de l’estomac chez le chien, ce syndrome qui est fatal dans la plupart des cas. Choisir la technique chirurgicale est un facteur clé dans la prévention de la maladie, dans cette étude on a comparé deux techniques de gastropexie qui sont : La gastroexie incisionnelle par la ligne blanche et La gastropexie percutanée guidée par endoscopie, Afin de proposer la technique la moins invasive possible et permettant une fixation de la partie la plus mobile de l’estomac. Prophylactic gastropexy is the best way to prevent the syndrome of dilatation and torsion of the stomach in the dog, this syndrome which is fatal in most cases. Choosing the surgical technique is a key factor in preventing the disease, in this study we compared two gastropexy techniques that are: Gastropexy incisional by the midle line and percutaneous gastropexy guided by endoscopy, order to propose the least invasive technique possible and allowing a fixation of the part the more mobile of the stomach. إن عملية تثبيت المعدة هي عمليا أحسن وسيلة للوقاية من متلازمة إنتفاخ وإلتفاف المعدة عند إلكلاب حيث أن هذإ إلمرض يكون قاتلا في أغلب الاحيان، إن إختيار التقنية الجرإحية يعتبر عاملا مهما في الوقاية من هذإ المشكل الخطير. في هذه الدرإسة قمنا بمقارنة تقنيتين جرإحيتين هما: تثبيت إلمعدة بالطريقة الجرإحية عن طريق الخط الابيض وتثبيت المعدة باستعمال المنظار وذلك بهدف إقترإح التقنية الاقل جرإحية والتي تسمح في نفس الوقت بالتثبيت إلجيد للقسم الاقل ثباتا في المعدة.
