Abstract

أتت دراستنا هاته بعنوان " ضحايا الجريمة الالكترونية عبر مواقع التواصل –الفايسبوك أنموذجا- "، هدفت لمعرفة واقع ضحايا الجريمة الإلكترونية عبر مواقع التواصل وكيفية تعاملهم مع الجريمة المرتكبة ضدهم، حيث اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي، وحددنا مجتمع البحث بمستخدمي موقع التواصل الاجتماعي "فايسبوك" وأخذنا في ذلك عينة مكونة من 200 مبحوث من كلا الجنسين تم اختيارهم عن طريق معاينة قصدية تطوعية، ولقد استخدمنا استبانة الكترونية لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيعها داخل موقع " فايسبوك"؛ ثم قمنا بجمع البيانات وتفريغها وتحليلها والخروج بعدة نتائج أهما: - نسبة الذكور أعلى من نسبة الاناث في استخدام موقع فايسبوك. - الفئة العمرية من 20 إلى 40 سنة هي الفئة الأكثر استخداما لموقع فايسبوك. - أغلب الضرر الذي يتلقاه الأفراد عبر الفايسبوك يكون من أناس لهم معرفة سابقة بهم. - أغلب مستخدمي الفايسبوك لا يبلغون عن الجرائم المرتكبة عبر الفايسبوك خوفا من الفضيحة. - أغلب ضحايا يتعاملون مع الجريمة الالكترونية عبر الفايسبوك بالتستر والكتمان. Our study entitled “Victims of Cyber Crime via Communication Sites - Facebook as a Model - ” aimed to find out the reality of cyber crime victims through social media sites and how they dealt with the crime committed against them. In our study we relied on a descriptive approach. "In this regard, we took a sample of 200 respondents of both sexes, chosen through voluntary intentional examination, and we used an electronic questionnaire to collect data, which was distributed within the" Facebook "site; Then we collected, unpacked and analyzed data, and came up with several results, the most important of which are: - The percentage of males is higher than the percentage of females in using Facebook. - The age group from 20 to 40 years is the most used group of Facebook. - Most of the harm that people receive via Facebook is from people they have previous knowledge of. - Most Facebook users do not report crimes committed via Facebook for fear of scandal. - Most of the victims deal with cybercrime through Facebook cover- up and discretion.
