الاستبعاد الاجتماعي للمرأة العربية (العوامل والآثار)

Abstract

تعتبر ظاهرة الاستبعاد الاجتماعي من الظواهر القديمة قدم الحضارات الإنسانية بسبب التمايز الاجتماعي والطبقي والثقافي، والتنوع العرقي والتعدد الديني، ويقوم على إزاحة الفئات المهمشة عن مختلف مناشط الحياة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية ،والسياسية وأيضا الثقافية. ويمارس خاصة في المجتمعات العربية انطلاقا من النوع على أساس الذكورة المهينة على الرغم من أن المرأة تمثل نصف المجتمع إلا أن الذكورة مازالت هي السائدة، وهذا الاستبعاد الاجتماعي النوعي الممارس ضد المرأة له أثاره الاجتماعية والنفسية على الأفراد والمجتمع ككل ، فالمرأة الأم والأخت والابنة التي تستبعد في أهم القرارات العائلية مثل قرار الزواج أو العمل كان سائدا من القدم في الدول العربية ومزال إلى حد اليوم حيث يتمدد الاستبعاد في كل مجالات حياتها ولم يعد يقتصر على الأسرة، في مجال العمل وفي المشاركة السياسية فالمرأة المستبعدة عن المناصب القيادية مثلا هي اختلال آخر بالمجتمعات العربية. وتهدف هده الدراسة إلى طرح العوامل المسببة للاستبعاد الاجتماعي بالمجتمعات العربية، و تحديد أثاره خاصة على المرأة الماكثة بالبيت وفي مجال العمل. The social exclusion phenomenon is one of the oldest human civilisations due to social, stratification and cultural differentiation, ethnic diversity and religious plurality, and it is based on displacing marginalized groups from various social, economic, political and cultural life activities. It is practiced especially in Arab societies, which is based on displacing based on the type dominant masculinity. Although women represent half of the society, masculinity still dominant. The qualitative exclusion on the basis of gender- which is practiced on women has social and psychological effects on individuals and society as a whole. Woman is the mother, sister and daughter which is excluded in the most important family decisions such as marriage or work that has been prevalent since ancient times in Arab societies till now, in which it extends throughout all the fields of her life. The family also is no longer confined to work and political competitions. For instance, women who are excluded from leadership positions are an other in balance in Arab societies. This study aims at presenting the factors that cause social exclusion in Arab societies and specify the impact on women who are at home in the field of employment
