Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة حق من حقوق الإنسان وهو الحق في الغذاء الكافي، الذي يحظى بأهمية بالغة على جميع المستويات، بالنظر لجوانبه المتعددة، فما يتداول حاليا عن المشكلة الغذائية، بات أمرا بالغ الخطورة على الأمة، لما ينطوي عليه ذلك من تهديد لكيانها الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي والسياسي وحتى الأمني، فرغم ما يحظى به الغذاء من أهمية كحق من حقوق الإنسان، وباعتباره ضرورة من ضرورات الحياة وأحد المتطلبات الأساسية اليومية للإنسان، فضلا عن دور القوانين الوضعية المعاصرة في تكريسه وحمايته، لاسيما على المستوى الدولي، وما يترتب عن ذلك من التزامات على عاتق الدول، إلا أن الإنسان لا يزال لحد الساعة وفي أجزاء عديدة من العالم بحاجة ماسة للغذاء، مما يعني أن ضمان التمتع الفعلي والكامل بهذا الحق لم يتحقق بعد، لذا تبقى الجهود الدولية المبذولة في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي وتمتع الفرد بحقه في الغذاء غير كافيةThis study aims to address one of the human rights, which is the right to adequate food, which is of great importance at all levels, given its many aspects.
